Description
- Develop and maintain Java backend applications.
- Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and sound development practices.
- Build solutions with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
- Use Collections, Generics, Streams, Lambdas, and concurrency mechanisms.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and SOAP services.
- Manage data persistence with Spring Data JPA, relational databases, and MongoDB.
- Write unit tests with JUnit and Mockito.
- Manage builds and version control with Maven and Git.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate, maintain, and continuously improve applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, Collections, Generics, Lambdas, Streams, Optional, exception handling, and concurrency.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Batch.
- Knowledge of relational databases, JPA, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and web services, HTTP/HTTPS, URIs, HTTP methods, and response codes.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Git, and Maven.
- Additional knowledge of APX and ASO.
- Official certifications in these technologies are a plus.
- Effective communication, initiative, and teamwork.
- Availability to work at the Zona Reforma office in Colonia Juárez, Mexico City, 2–3 days per week.
- Monday-to-Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
