SAP S/4HANA Delivery Director
Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects at SEIDOR, a global technology consultancy. Manage clients, teams, risks, performance metrics, and industrial transformations.
Description
- Direct large-scale SAP projects, delivering within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Act as the lead contact for crises and escalations, coordinating response plans and strategic alignment with clients.
- Oversee SAP implementations, migrations, and conversions, evaluating risks in Brownfield and Shell Conversion scenarios.
- Align industrial processes with SAP solutions alongside Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
- Manage industrial modules including PP, QM, PM, and MM, as well as other SAP modules, to ensure functional fit and technical integration.
- Lead teams and project managers, including hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational efficiency while applying SAP Activate, PMI, and Agile methodologies.
- Work in a hybrid arrangement and travel to client sites when needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated executive leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and conversion projects.
- Practical experience managing projects using Brownfield and Shell Conversion strategies.
- Experience with data conversion, legacy system history, and process redesign.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules.
- A track record in complex industrial sectors such as automotive, consumer goods, chemicals, and metalworking.
- Resilient leadership approach.
- Ability to oversee multiple workstreams at once.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating global partners and providers.
- Advanced or fluent English is a plus.
- PMP, SAP Activate, or Agile methodology certifications are a plus.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.
