Description
- Build and maintain expertise in the Salesforce Platform, AIforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Create content that integrates Salesforce technologies
- Develop end-to-end applications and integrations for team programs and initiatives
- Produce code samples, prototypes, and demos showcasing AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, and scalable data architectures
- Write technical materials and create on-demand and live-streamed videos for APAC audiences, including localized languages where relevant
- Contribute technical talks, demonstrations, and workshops at virtual and in-person events
- Support Trailblazer Community Group Leaders, MVPs, and members in their growth and success
- Work with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to represent Trailblazer perspectives across APAC
- Travel within India and occasionally internationally to present to live audiences
Requirements
- At least five years of experience implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform
- Strong understanding of enterprise developers’ needs on Salesforce, particularly for AI and data business solutions
- Technical proficiency in web applications, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apex, and APIs
- Willingness to learn and use AIforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud technologies
- Salesforce development certifications or equivalent practical technical experience
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Understanding of evolving content consumption and sharing habits
- Self-directed approach and ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Interest in continuous learning and emerging technologies
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to travel up to 30%
