Requirements
- Commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or B2B inside sales, preferably within FMCG or consumer products
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and order fulfillment, with confident communication skills for working with retail partners
- Demonstrated ability to analyze KPIs systematically and translate insights into operational actions
- Very good German and solid written English skills
- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
- Independent, dependable, and solution-focused working style
- Fluent written and spoken German
