Sales Controller – Nestlé, Bratislava (On-Site)

Drive sales investment planning, customer and product mix analysis, and margin improvement for Nestlé’s food and beverage business. Coordinate sales planning, financial processes, and trade marketing stakeholders throughout the monthly planning cycle.

Description

  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate sales investment plans to key stakeholders.
  • Compare actual performance with plans and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and monitor the sales plan, including gross sales, investments, net sales, and margins.
  • Align activities and plans with division managers, division controllers, the Sales Director, and trade marketing managers during the monthly planning cycle.
  • Optimize sales investments and improve customer and product mix to strengthen margins.
  • Contribute to customer sales strategy and ensure the commercial plan is implemented in line with that strategy.
  • Participate in company projects related to sales and sales controlling.
  • Align sales team activities with financial processes, including planning and resource allocation.
  • Monitor investments transparently and accurately while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Strengthen the sales team’s capabilities through training, consultation, and ongoing investment and sales analysis.

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, business administration, or accounting.
  • At least three years of experience in sales controlling and/or finance, preferably in FMCG or an international company.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • B1/B2 level of English.
  • Good understanding of commerce and customers.
