Description
- Respond to customer questions and provide helpful service
- Keep store shelves fully stocked and organized
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Replenish inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Serve pharmacy customers and complete purchases using the POS system
- Prepare displays for catalogue promotions
- Support the pharmacy team and day-to-day business operations
- Attend an in-person interview at the preferred store if shortlisted
Requirements
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- S2 and S3 training is highly regarded
- Community Pharmacy Certificates I–III are highly regarded
- Deliver accurate, detail-oriented customer service
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Meet National Criminal History Check requirements
- Hold appropriate working rights
- Remain standing for extended periods during shifts
- Perform repetitive movements and lift heavier items when replenishing stock
