Resident Marketing Executive, Reports and Mailings

Create accessible, compliant publications, reports and mailings for Clarion Housing Group residents. Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, and print and digital communications.

Description

  • Support the production of clear, accurate and accessible resident publications, reports and required mailings
  • Ensure resident information meets regulatory standards and enables consistent, accurate, customer-focused communication
  • Help the communications team work effectively and maintain smooth processes
  • Coordinate content provided by multiple stakeholders
  • Oversee external suppliers to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR
  • Use feedback and performance data to improve communications
  • Manage print and digital communication channels
  • Coordinate publication schedules and competing deadlines

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience producing publications for residents or customers
  • Strong copywriting ability
  • Ability to make complex information easy to understand
  • Good knowledge of accessibility and inclusion standards
  • Experience coordinating contributions from multiple stakeholders
  • Experience overseeing external suppliers
  • Experience delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance
  • Experience with print management and digital channels
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Able to manage overlapping deadlines and publication schedules
  • Able to travel when required
  • Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Must live in England or Wales throughout employment
