Description

  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Validate reported information against Odoo and supporting documentation
  • Detect missing details, inaccurate figures, duplicate records, and other discrepancies
  • Assess employee workloads, completed assignments, and overdue responsibilities
  • Audit records covering purchasing, projects, customer orders, inventory, services, deliveries, and invoicing
  • Record audit findings, evidence, and required corrective measures
  • Follow issues through resolution and independently confirm corrective completion
  • Escalate critical or recurring problems to management
  • Produce a weekly audit report for management covering findings and unresolved issues
  • Introduce yourself and state your current location in the application video
  • Use the application video to summarize relevant experience, remote-work background, software and tools, independent problem-solving ability, availability, schedule, and earliest start date

Requirements

  • Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience using Odoo or a comparable ERP platform
  • Background reviewing reports and validating source documentation
  • Strong spreadsheet and data-analysis capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with multiple departments
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory, accounting support, or operations is preferred
  • Submit a 2–3 minute video, no longer than 4 minutes, answering all questions in sequence
  • Keep the camera on and remain clearly visible throughout the video
  • Provide clear, understandable audio
  • Record from the usual expected work environment when possible
  • Relevant professional experience in Field Coordination
  • Ability to work remotely
