Description
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate with freelance writers and contributors
- Arrange interviews and follow-ups
- Upload and format articles in a CMS such as WordPress
- Proofread content before publication
- Manage the email inbox and organize communications
- Maintain Google Drive and Notion systems
- Prepare meeting notes and summaries
- Track invoices and contributor payments
- Schedule posts across social media platforms
- Help write captions and select hashtags
- Monitor comments and messages
- Track engagement analytics
- Research potential brand partnerships
- Support outreach by email
- Maintain media contact databases
- Schedule posts across social media platforms
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using Google Workspace
- Experience using Canva
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Experience with WordPress or a comparable content management system
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fashion, media, marketing, or digital publishing experience is a plus
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus
