Remote US Physician for Medical AI Evaluation

US-based physicians review clinical vignettes and assess the accuracy of medical AI reasoning for Mindrift projects. The work covers diagnosis and treatment benchmarks across multiple medical systems.

Description

  • Assess clinical EHR vignettes, questions, proposed answers, and distractors across diagnosis and treatment tasks.
  • Review cases across cardiovascular, neurological, blood, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and skin systems.
  • Rate clinical reasoning, vignette accuracy and completeness, answer disclosure and correctness, gradeability, and distractor quality.
  • Check that each reasoning chain reaches its answer using only facts from the vignette.
  • Revise reasoning traces and provide brief rationales.
  • Take part in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.
  • Work during active project phases, meet deadlines, and meet acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • Be a US-based, actively practicing MD or DO.
  • Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).
  • Have an active, unrestricted US medical license verified with the issuing medical board.
  • Be board-certified or have completed residency training.
  • Have recent direct patient-care experience; attending-level experience is preferred.
  • Bring broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, next-step management, and applying evidence-based guidelines.
  • Have strong written English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Submit a CV in English and state your English proficiency level.
  • This role is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.

  • Effective rate can reach the equivalent of $130 per hour, depending on qualification tier and task efficiency.
