- Manage and improve SEO performance in a key market
- Lead the market SEO roadmap and identify new growth opportunities
- Examine complex datasets and large websites to establish patterns and priorities
- Test AI and automation approaches to streamline SEO workflows
- Create scalable automation workflows for the broader SEO team, including SEO quality assurance
- Track the effects of portfolio-wide changes across markets
- Turn analysis into actionable strategic recommendations
- Minimise repetitive SEO tasks to support strategic planning and optimisation
- Report to the Head of SEO
- Complete and present a take-home assignment during the interview process
Requirements
- Solid SEO fundamentals, especially in on-page optimisation
- Working technical SEO knowledge sufficient to understand processes before automating them
- Strong analytical thinking
- Experience handling complex datasets and large websites
- Ability to use data to detect patterns, diagnose issues, and find opportunities
- Experience testing AI and automation to improve and streamline work
- Confidence using SEO data and analysis to support decisions
- Ability to explain complex analysis clearly and influence stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations
- Adaptability and ownership in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and undefined problems
