Description

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Present services and demonstrate products over Google Meet.
  • Explain professional accounting and tax services using a consultative sales approach.
  • Build client relationships and follow up to move prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Maintain pipeline and client records using the CRM and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience.
  • A record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients by phone and video.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-discipline, initiative, and a goal-focused approach.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Comfort with and adaptability to new technology.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to receive coaching and mentorship.
  • Experience closing a high volume of high-ticket sales preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
  • Provide your own equipment and work from a designated home office.
  • Quad-core CPU.
  • At least 16 GB of RAM.
  • Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Windows or Mac operating system; Linux is not supported.
  • Second monitor, webcam, and headset.
  • Work from one approved state; working while traveling to another state or country is not permitted.
