Description

  • Manage recruitment processes for positions across multiple levels and industries.
  • Develop sourcing approaches and talent-hunting plans.
  • Conduct proactive outreach for strategic and specialized vacancies.
  • Maintain and organize the candidate talent pool.
  • Create recruitment reports, candidate evaluations, and technical feedback.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Previous recruitment or selection experience is not required.
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Must have an active CNPJ or be willing to establish one and work independently.
  • Able to work remotely.
  • Owns a laptop or computer in excellent working condition.
  • Has a mobile phone.
  • Has the Microsoft Office suite installed and fully operational.
  • Has stable internet, a headset with microphone, and a professional workspace.
  • Candidates based in Brazil’s Federal District or nearby areas are preferred.
