Description

  • Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, payment providers, and other counterparties.
  • Advise a multinational group on corporate matters, documentation, and entity changes.
  • Review legal aspects of product launches and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate external counsel in multiple countries.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on routine legal matters.
  • Improve contract templates and internal legal processes.
  • Help identify risks and handle pre-litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Bring 3–5 or more years of legal experience, particularly in corporate law and commercial contracts.
  • Experience at an international law firm is preferred; two or more years is a strong advantage.
  • Apply sound critical judgment and independently handle unfamiliar situations.
  • Adapt to uncertainty, changing priorities, and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Take initiative and carry work through without close supervision.
  • Have English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or payments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC and GDPR is an advantage.
  • Experience working across several jurisdictions at once is an advantage.
  • Comfort using AI tools, including large language models, in everyday legal work is an advantage.
