Remote Legal Counsel, Corporate and Commercial
Mid-level legal counsel supporting corporate and commercial contracts across an international group. The role covers product launches, legal processes, risk review, and coordination with counsel in multiple countries.

- Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, payment providers, and other counterparties.
- Advise a multinational group on corporate matters, documentation, and entity changes.
- Review legal aspects of product launches and marketing materials.
- Coordinate external counsel in multiple countries.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on routine legal matters.
- Improve contract templates and internal legal processes.
- Help identify risks and handle pre-litigation matters.
Prasības
- Bring 3–5 or more years of legal experience, particularly in corporate law and commercial contracts.
- Experience at an international law firm is preferred; two or more years is a strong advantage.
- Apply sound critical judgment and independently handle unfamiliar situations.
- Adapt to uncertainty, changing priorities, and a fast-paced work environment.
- Take initiative and carry work through without close supervision.
- Have English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or payments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC and GDPR is an advantage.
- Experience working across several jurisdictions at once is an advantage.
- Comfort using AI tools, including large language models, in everyday legal work is an advantage.
