Description

Source and present the Heartbeat AI vision to selected hardware manufacturers
Guide prospective partners from initial outreach through signed agreements
Lead negotiations covering commercial and legal contract terms
Coordinate technical integrations with internal development teams and external partners through delivery
Plan partnership activities, monitor milestones, and resolve blockers across organizations
Serve as the primary contact for partners after launch
Handle escalations and strengthen long-term partner performance
Track each partnership’s contract status, technical maturity, and roadmap
Provide leadership with updates on portfolio health
Find gaps in the partner ecosystem and develop opportunities to build a strong market portfolio

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales, preferably involving hardware and software products
Ability to communicate a technical or strategic vision convincingly to senior manufacturing stakeholders
Background in negotiating commercial and legal agreements
Experience managing complex initiatives across engineering teams and external partners
Proven ability to develop lasting hardware-manufacturer relationships while managing several partnerships concurrently
Structured, agile approach with strong contract and project management judgment
Collaborative team orientation
Excellent written and spoken English and German
Established contacts in solar, battery storage, EV charging, or HVAC hardware markets are advantageous
Familiarity with technical integration protocols such as Modbus, EEBUS, or OCPP is advantageous
Experience negotiating API or data-sharing agreements is advantageous
