Remote Graphic Designer, Bally’s Casino and Sportsbook
Create digital and print creative for Bally’s Casino and Sportsbook brands in a remote role. Apply Adobe, Figma, AI automation, and motion design tools across regulated markets.
Description
- Develop original digital and print creative for Casino and Sportsbook brands from approved briefs
- Partner with requesters and the Design Manager to refine and deliver creative concepts
- Apply AI and automation tools, including generative fill, Magnific upscaling, and batch or template-based production in Adobe and Figma
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and market-specific regulatory standards
- Create responsive, mobile-first assets for social media, email, display, apps, and print
- Adapt concepts across formats, dimensions, channels, and localized markets while preserving their intended direction
- Develop and maintain master templates, component libraries, and design systems with organized naming and file structures
- Review specifications, copy, dimensions, localization, and content accuracy before submission
- Track assignments in Jira and escalate ambiguous briefs or potential capacity constraints
- Create motion and video deliverables with Premiere Pro and After Effects
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a designer in a brand, internal studio, or agency environment
- Portfolio demonstrating inventive, effective work across websites, apps, social media, and print
- Proven ability to apply brand guidelines and design systems across channels, formats, and markets
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong command of typography, composition, imagery, and visual hierarchy
- Practical experience using AI and automation tools for generative fill, upscaling, and template-based production
- Knowledge of production specifications and mobile-first practices for web, email, social, display, app, and print assets
- Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines while handling a high volume of requests
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain design decisions to non-designers
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and the ability to create motion assets
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and digital platforms
- Experience incorporating AI or automation tools into design workflows is preferred
- Familiarity with sports and gaming, or experience in another regulated industry, is a plus
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across time zones is desirable
