Remote Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator – Pakistan
Remote Pakistan role supporting a US real estate broker and property investor with content, social media, CRM administration, scheduling, lead follow-up, and transaction coordination.
Description
- Plan and deliver weekly and monthly content calendars covering listings, completed deals, market updates, and client testimonials
- Write brand-aligned social posts, email campaigns, and scripts
- Develop 60-second video scripts and Q&A prompts for Instagram Reels and other short-form content
- Handle basic video editing in tools such as CapCut or Canva
- Oversee the client's personal and business Instagram and Facebook channels, including business page setup
- Build organic engagement by connecting with 20–30 relevant community accounts each day
- Keep the Follow Up Boss database organized with accurate tags and clear next actions
- Create, schedule, and track email campaigns, newsletters, and automated follow-up sequences
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate daily appointment requests
- Place Calendly booking links throughout relevant digital channels
- Make confirmation calls, send reminders, and coordinate appointment changes
- Review inactive deals and outstanding tasks, then flag priority follow-ups for the client
- Maintain transaction checklists and deadline reminders, while assisting with occasional property-investment administration
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English suitable for client-facing communication
- Hands-on background in social media content planning, scriptwriting, copywriting, and basic video editing
- Practical experience managing a CRM, ideally Follow Up Boss or a comparable real estate or sales platform
- Ability to work consistently from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT
- Experience in the US real estate market or supporting US small-business owners is preferred
- Familiarity with Dotloop or RealScout is preferred
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude to refine and create copy in an established brand voice is preferred
- Working knowledge of Canva and CapCut is preferred
- Spanish proficiency is preferred
- Self-directed, energetic, warm, accountable, and able to maintain high standards independently
