Description

  • Analyze customer calls and project information to define tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Convert project discussions into actionable tasks and organize them in Airtable.
  • Coordinate with team members to keep assignments on schedule.
  • Track project progress, surface bottlenecks, and address issues proactively.
  • Review cross-team information and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
  • Provide stakeholders with project updates and relay key information to Loryn.
  • Assist with executing and coordinating digital marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
  • Create and refine GoHighLevel workflows to meet business and marketing needs.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and their related workflows.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized CRM data.
  • Use Claude and ChatGPT to improve productivity and support marketing and project coordination work.
  • Collaborate across marketing, operations, and other functions to maintain project momentum.
  • Find ways to improve processes, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline project coordination.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and operational workflows.
  • Practical experience using GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing GoHighLevel workflow automations.
  • Experience with email marketing, ideally using Mailchimp.
  • Experience using Airtable for task and project coordination.
  • Working familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Claude and ChatGPT for workplace productivity.
  • Experience coordinating teams and collaborating across functions.
  • Strong ability to assess colleagues’ information and deliverables for omissions or inaccuracies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working independently with limited supervision.
  • Proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and learning processes or tools.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Healthcare marketing or healthcare customer-workflow experience is a plus.
  • Experience with other marketing automation or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Experience designing more advanced marketing and operational automations is a plus.
