Description

  • Analyze complex healthcare data to inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Uncover trends, recurring patterns, root causes, and process-improvement opportunities
  • Create, maintain, and refine reports, dashboards, and analytical models
  • Track operational and financial performance metrics
  • Turn analytical results into clear summaries and presentations for executives
  • Work with stakeholders to establish business requirements and deliver data-led solutions
  • Use SQL and other tools to query, join, transform, manipulate, and prepare datasets
  • Develop structured datasets and verify their integrity
  • Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data Management teams
  • Apply validation and quality checks to maintain analytical accuracy and reliability
  • Record methodologies, assumptions, and processes
  • Coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-focused environment
  • Explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, business, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or relational databases
  • Three to five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environments is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of healthcare terminology such as CPT codes, DRG, claims, and inpatient and outpatient concepts
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred
  • Experience using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
  • Three years of experience integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code
  • Background in statistical analysis or predictive modeling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Ability to explain complex data findings to audiences with different levels of technical expertise
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, validation, and quality
