Remote Call Center Sales Agent in Germany
Sell telecommunications services to existing customers from a home-office setting in Germany. Manage tariff changes, contract renewals, and customer win-back calls.
Description
- Contact existing telecommunications customers by phone to support sales activities
- Process customer tariff changes
- Manage contract renewals
- Carry out customer win-back calls
- Work Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Choose a fixed late shift or alternate weekly between early and late shifts
- Complete training in products, communication, and sales
- Pursue professional development through the S-KON Academy
Requirements
- Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service is preferred, while sales-oriented career changers are welcome
- A quiet workspace suitable for home-office work
- Reliable internet with at least 50 Mbps download speed
- Confidence using a PC
- Strong IT skills
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent German language proficiency
- Friendly, clear telephone communication
