- Contact customers who use home services
- Offer improved benefits to enhance their in-home experience and entertainment
- Assist customers with internet, cable, and telephone services
- Attend training from Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Work on a full-time or semi-full-time schedule
- Work under RxH for the first three months and, based on performance indicators, transition to a Pyme payroll contract from the fourth month
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- At least 3 months of experience in call center, customer service, or sales roles
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday and have Sundays off
- Open positions available in Lima and the provinces
- Own a PC or laptop
- Windows 10 operating system
- At least a fifth-generation Core i3 processor or equivalent
- At least 8 GB of RAM
- Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50
- USB headset
- Camera must remain on during training
- Secondary education
