Remote Airbnb Operations Manager
Independent operator responsible for growing and optimizing a short-term rental portfolio for ALB Conciergerie. Manage guests, service providers, listings, and property-owner acquisition remotely in Cannes.
Description
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and improve property listings, including photography, descriptions, and SEO
- Apply dynamic pricing strategies to increase revenue
- Oversee reservations and maintain guest relationships
- Respond to messages, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes
- Schedule cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced management services
- Run and track the business using the ALB platform
- Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions from their activity
Requirements
- Work as an independent contractor
- Persuade property owners and establish trusted relationships
- Demonstrate motivation and self-direction
- Be interested in developing a long-term recurring income stream
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome, but no specific industry background is required
- Complete the provided training
- Be prepared to start at your own pace
