Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Create and improve property listings, including photography, descriptions, and SEO
Apply dynamic pricing strategies to increase revenue
Oversee reservations and maintain guest relationships
Respond to messages, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes
Schedule cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced management services
Run and track the business using the ALB platform
Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions from their activity
