Description

  • Red-team conversational AI models and agents using jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation
  • Create human-labeled data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks
  • Use taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent evaluations
  • Develop reproducible reports, datasets, and attack cases for customers
  • Assess AI outputs involving sensitive subjects, including bias, misinformation, and harmful behavior
  • Identify vulnerabilities that automated testing fails to detect
  • Broaden evaluation coverage to help minimize unexpected production issues
  • Contribute to projects that train and improve frontier AI systems

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in both English and Assamese
  • Sound judgment when evaluating language and content quality
  • Ability to determine whether AI responses are accurate, complete, and appropriate
  • Ability to communicate reasoning clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional attention to nuanced errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
  • Ability to apply guidelines, taxonomies, benchmarks, playbooks, and quality standards consistently
  • Flexibility to work across projects, task formats, and customer needs
  • Must work as an independent contractor
  • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time
  • Preferred areas of expertise include adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, sociotechnical risk, conversational AI evaluation, psychology, acting, and writing
