Remote ABA Behavior Consultant in Pennsylvania

Provide ABA assessments, treatment planning, and supervisory services within Clarvida’s Pennsylvania autism programs. Work with children ages 2–21, families, and service providers.

Description

  • Deliver direct-care and supervisory services
  • Conduct assessments for clients
  • Observe clients and identify target behaviors
  • Work with clients ages 2–21, their families, and other service providers
  • Create Individualized Treatment Plans addressing strengths and development opportunities across child, family, educational, social, and recreational areas
  • Develop and evaluate preference assessments, reinforcement approaches, and rehabilitative strategies and activities
  • Implement strategies and activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist in accordance with each Individualized Treatment Plan

Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • Pennsylvania licensure as a psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP), clinical social worker (LCSW), social worker (LSW), or behavior specialist (LBS)
  • Alternatively, a professional whose scope of practice includes overseeing ABA services and who meets at least one of the following criteria:
  • BCaBA certification or another bachelor-level certification
  • At least one year of full-time ABA service experience and at least 12 credits in ABA
  • At least one year of full-time ABA service experience under a BCBA or another master’s-level behavior analysis professional, plus at least 40 hours of ABA-related training
  • Pennsylvania psychologist license, at least one year of full-time ABA service experience, and at least 40 hours of ABA-related training
