Description
- Support resident care in assigned communities
- Ensure residents receive appropriate wellness care and help with activities of daily living
- Implement and oversee resident care and medication programs
- Put company policies into practice and oversee compliance
- Ensure RealPage is used properly and in line with company standards
- Provide support to multiple communities within an assigned region
- Teach and train staff
- Supervise and manage employees
Requirements
- Hold a valid California nursing license in good standing as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Four years of experience in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) preferred
- Three years of experience supervising and managing employees preferred
- Hold a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
- Assisted living clinical experience preferred
- Able to teach and train staff effectively
- Able to use a personal computer and proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
- Pass criminal background and health screening checks, including physical and TB tests
