PSP Financial Analyst — United States Remote

Description

  • Manage relationships with payment providers and uphold agreed terms
  • Monitor payment-system balances to maintain liquidity for payouts and settlements
  • Prepare and oversee settlement requests, player payouts, and company withdrawals
  • Reconcile transaction turnover, balances, settlement reports, and provider statements
  • Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and coordinate resolution with providers and internal teams
  • Manage provider costs, fees, exchange rates, rolling reserves, and contractual terms
  • Assess PSP performance and recommend payment-cost improvements
  • Maintain and update payment-procedure and reconciliation documentation

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in finance, finance operations, payment operations, PSP reconciliation, or financial analysis
  • Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, banks, fintech products, or payment-related data
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to analyze large datasets
  • Experience with financial reconciliation, provider statements, settlement reports, transaction turnover, balance control, or recurring financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of core financial processes, cost control, and management accounting principles
  • Ability to detect discrepancies in financial data, investigate their causes, and recommend solutions
  • Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external providers
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency for written communication
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or retail is advantageous
  • Experience with rolling reserves, commissions, fees, exchange rates, or payment-cost analysis is advantageous
  • Experience with Tableau or another business-intelligence tool is advantageous
  • Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous
