Project Manager, Connected Care Implementations (California Remote)

Lead Baxter Connected Care nurse call and digital health implementations for customer organizations. Manage projects from sales handoff through go-live, adoption, and transition to ongoing support.

Description

  • Guide customer implementations from sales handoff through installation, testing, go-live, and support transition
  • Oversee plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, documentation, and status reporting for multiple concurrent projects
  • Act as the primary customer contact throughout each implementation
  • Coordinate work among customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams
  • Manage approximately 10 customer projects at a time, with values ranging from about $50,000 to $10 million
  • Direct cross-functional contributors, including Project Leads, Clinical Specialists, Engineers, and customer stakeholders
  • Forecast project revenue and keep project reporting accurate and current
  • Help meet assigned annual revenue targets through timely execution and complete documentation
  • Monitor risks, delays, and obstacles involving construction, IT readiness, installation, and customer dependencies
  • Lead the development and execution of resolution plans
  • Support deployments of Baxter Connected Care products, including nurse call systems and digital health technologies
  • Promote successful customer adoption and a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion
  • Experience leading external customer projects, including timelines, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and revenue forecasting
  • Experience collaborating with technical, operational, clinical, or engineering teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools and systems for tracking milestones, budgets, status, and customer deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% according to customer project milestones
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer is required
