Project Engineer Co-Op | RTX | Aguadilla Hybrid
Entry-level aerospace and defense co-op focused on mechanical systems design, testing, and product development at RTX. Work with professional engineering teams in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
Description
- Gain exposure to mechanical systems planning, design, development, and testing
- Contribute to product development through designs and sketches that follow mechanical engineering, safety, and qualification standards
- Assist with product development by applying standard specifications and defining performance requirements
- Work with professional employees across multiple engineering disciplines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Must live in Puerto Rico when employment begins
- Relocation is not provided
- Available to work onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, three days per week
- Strong communication, teamwork, and results-focused abilities
- Experience collaborating across teams and platforms to advance projects or goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
