Project Coordinator - Kutná Hora, Onsite

Description
- Coordinate the delivery of internal and external projects involving change introduction, new-product implementation, and improvements within operational areas
- Take responsibility for coordinating assigned sub-projects
- Assist with project planning and organize collaboration across project teams
- Track project milestones and verify that work remains aligned with approved plans
- Maintain and oversee project documentation
- Help implement and administer new customer programs
- Track customer-program performance and escalate issues when required
- Exchange project information with internal and external customers and relevant departments
- Help prepare project-status reports for management
- Support pre-project activities by reviewing customer documentation and maintaining related records
Requirements
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Professional communication skills in both English and Czech
- Willingness to conduct interviews and participate in calls in English
- Ability to work with customers and international colleagues in English
- Working knowledge of Czech
- Experience with the internal Mantis system is beneficial but not required
- Experience with Qlik and SAP is beneficial but not required
- Adaptable approach with strong communication and presentation abilities
- Confidence leading meetings and presenting to groups
