Production Supervisor – Querétaro Onsite

Description
- Track and follow up on key metrics, including OEE, scrap, labor efficiency, productivity, absenteeism, and turnover
- Manage line staffing and resources to maintain continuity and meet the production plan
- Advance safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives with Quality, Materials, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Develop the team through people-focused leadership, effective communication, and sound decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Three years of experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing, leading teams of approximately 30 to 40 people
- Strong knowledge of production processes, OEE, cycle time, takt time, corrective actions, and safety practices such as Lockout/Tagout
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge and MES experience are preferred
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Availability to work rotating shifts across three schedules in a fully onsite environment
