Own Sprinto’s AI browser extensions and product features for its autonomous trust platform. Lead work from first-principles discovery through customer POCs, launch, and adoption.
Description
- Own Sprinto’s AI browser extensions and AI product features from concept through ongoing improvement.
- Establish clear problem statements and decide what to build, why it matters, and who it serves.
- Develop products and work directly with early customers to achieve successful proofs of concept.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing to expand distribution and adoption.
- Maintain the accuracy and quality of AI-powered features, improving output reliability after launch.
- Set the direction for the product stream and remain accountable for its results.
- Sprinto’s Autonomous Trust Platform brings together trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- A business-owner mindset centered on customer outcomes, adoption, and measurable impact.
- Strong structured reasoning grounded in first-principles thinking.
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problem spaces and guide ideas through launch.
- Confidence leading customer discovery, proofs of concept, and direct feedback cycles with early users.
- Experience collaborating across Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing throughout product development and go-to-market.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with substantial ownership.
- Experience building AI products is advantageous but not required.
