Product Designer – UK Remote

Design intuitive experiences for Immersive Labs’ cyber resilience platform. Translate complex cybersecurity data into clear interfaces while improving measurable product outcomes.

Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of selected product features within quarterly cycles
  • Turn complex cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive interfaces
  • Use human-centered design methods, including success scenarios, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Develop hypotheses that address customer and business needs
  • Test design decisions with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Use customer feedback, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize roadmap work and assess design impact
  • Deliver quarterly feature updates that affect team KPIs
  • Apply Object-Oriented UX to build reusable components and efficient workflows
  • Use and help evolve the shared design system
  • Partner strategically with Product Managers and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to design critiques and internal community activities
  • Report to the Director of Product Design

Requirements

  • Located in the United Kingdom
  • Demonstrated product or UX design experience, especially in SaaS, enterprise, data-led, or platform environments
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong knowledge of human-computer interaction
  • Skilled in Figma
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing abilities
  • Experience using commercial AI tools to speed up design work
  • Able to work closely with product managers, engineering partners, and external customers
  • Strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX)
  • Experience basing design decisions on fundamental human motivations
  • Growth-oriented approach, including setting personal objectives and exchanging constructive feedback
  • Eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
