Procurement Assistant, Business Intelligence – Electrolux Group

Support Electrolux Group’s Indirect Procurement function by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and automating processes. Help advance data-driven decision-making across procurement operations.

Description

  • Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making in the Indirect Materials function
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators
  • Build dashboards, executive reports, and tools for tracking performance
  • Perform data analysis to support procurement activities
  • Assist supplier management with dashboards and strategic indicators
  • Work with buyers to validate, interpret, and apply data to procurement decisions
  • Help leadership prepare executive presentations, management reports, and decision-support materials
  • Lead automation projects that improve productivity and reduce manual work
  • Maintain the quality, consistency, and governance of functional data
  • Perform analyses and studies for continuous improvement and Procurement transformation initiatives
  • Encourage a culture focused on data and performance indicators
  • Act as an internal resource for Business Intelligence and automation tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, ETL/ELT, DAX, and Power Query
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Advanced experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists
  • Experience building dashboards and performance indicators
  • Experience analyzing data and developing management reports
  • Knowledge of Procurement or Indirect Procurement is desirable
  • Knowledge of data governance is desirable
  • Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation is desirable
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is desirable
  • Advanced English proficiency
