Description
- Manage process safety risks across water supply operations
- Provide specialist guidance on hazard identification, risk assessment, control measures, and barrier-based analysis
- Assist with incident investigations and embed lessons learned
- Improve process safety systems and performance through continuous improvement
- Provide assurance against regulatory and internal requirements
- Work with operational, process safety, and asset management teams
- Build a proactive and positive process safety culture
- Lower risk and strengthen resilience across treatment and distribution assets
- Help ensure essential water services are delivered safely and reliably
Requirements
- Experience in process safety, engineering, or risk management, or practical experience working with toxic gases and chemicals including chlorine and ozone
- Experience working in high-hazard industries
- Advanced knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures
- Practical understanding of barrier-based risk analysis and its use
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to sites throughout the Anglian Water region
