Support financial reporting and manufacturing operations for Analog Devices in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The role covers dashboards, data analysis, close activities, and process improvements.

Description

  • Support Chelmsford manufacturing operations, including ADFED activities
  • Analyze, reconcile, and interpret data to inform business and operational decisions
  • Complete weekly data and reporting tasks accurately
  • Create recurring reports and dashboards for key metrics, trends, and performance
  • Execute checklists and support production applications and dashboards during monthly and quarterly close
  • Help improve reporting processes, data quality, and team efficiency
  • Partner with colleagues and stakeholders on automation and analytics solutions

Requirements

  • Strong analytical ability, including working with large datasets, recognizing trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and business performance metrics
  • Experience using data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to varied stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive continuous-improvement approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent education combined with 2+ years of related experience
  • 2–4 years of relevant financial analysis experience
  • Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization and data modeling tools
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience with QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, or comparable business intelligence tools
  • SQL, BigQuery, or other database query language experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting project management or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
  • Applicants who are not US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, or protected individuals may need to complete an export licensing review to access technical data
  • Security clearance is required
  • Travel of 10% is required
