Partnerships Coordinator

Coordinate creator partnerships, user-generated content, and press support across Million Dollar Baby Co. brands Babyletto, Namesake, and DaVinci. The role connects creator campaigns with growth marketing, product priorities, and paid social needs.

Description

  • Build a pipeline of suitable creators for Babyletto and Namesake by sourcing and vetting candidates.
  • Write and send detailed briefs that help creators produce effective content aligned with brand standards.
  • Negotiate creator deliverables, fees, and content usage rights.
  • Coordinate partnerships from outreach and contracts through product shipments, content review, and payment.
  • Assess submitted content for alignment with briefs and brand standards.
  • Organize the user-generated content library by archiving and tagging assets and highlighting evergreen material.
  • Work with growth marketing to align creator content with paid campaign needs.
  • Manage the growth marketing content grid and identify strong user-generated content for ad creative.
  • Represent the partnerships function in Growth Content Alignment Meetings.
  • Coordinate with brand and direct-to-consumer teams on seasonal product priorities and creator coverage.
  • Monitor best-selling products across channels and maintain a list of hero products.
  • Give the creative team briefs on content needs for leading products and identify gaps in coverage.
  • Share seasonal opportunities tied to best-selling products with the wider marketing team.
  • Handle incoming press requests for Babyletto, Namesake, and DaVinci.
  • Maintain the press tracker using Google Analytics.
  • Work with the marketing team and public relations agency, supplying product details, brand context, and timely support.

Requirements

  • Bring 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, public relations coordination, or a related area.
  • Have experience managing creator or influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and content approvals.
  • Know influencer platforms such as ShopMy, CreatorIQ, Aspire, or comparable tools.
  • Be highly organized and able to manage several projects and timelines at once.
  • Use Google Workspace proficiently.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Notion is a plus.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous partnership work are a strong plus.
  • Experience in baby, children’s, home, design, or lifestyle fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content strategy and paid social creative needs is preferred.
  • Exposure to public relations processes and press coordination is preferred.
  • Interest in AI tools and readiness to use them in daily work is preferred.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
  • Be comfortable negotiating deliverables, fees, and usage rights.
  • Have a strong eye for brand fit and creator content performance.
