Description
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Help create a positive team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns
- Support multiple store functions, including customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
- Handle daily retail activities such as point-of-sale operations, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, store cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Work with Store Management to strengthen individual key performance indicators through sales-focused methods
- Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures covering shortage prevention, inventory control, and operational compliance
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- SPM, O Level, or a higher qualification
- One to two years of work experience, preferably in retail
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to use a retail point-of-sale system
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-growing, fast-paced retail environment
