Description

  • Provide excellent customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Foster a positive team environment where colleagues can share suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • Support customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stockroom activities
  • Handle daily retail operations, including POS management, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty-program promotion, and store cleanliness and recovery
  • Set a strong example and work with Store Management to improve individual KPIs through sales-focused techniques
  • Apply Asset Protection procedures covering shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold at least an SPM or O Level qualification
  • Have 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in retail
  • Speak English fluently; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Be able to use a retail point-of-sale system
  • Be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
