Description
- Create polished visual materials that follow established brand guidelines
- Design layouts for journals, workbooks, booklets, conversation cards, posters, event materials, downloadable resources, and other branded products
- Build consistent visual systems across varied materials and formats
- Use typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, and composition principles effectively
- Prepare artwork for digital distribution and professional printing
- Translate creative direction and content into compelling visual designs
- Offer creative concepts and design recommendations while preserving brand consistency
- Work with clients to refine concepts and incorporate feedback
- Deliver accurate, polished designs that are ready for production
Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience in graphic, editorial, or brand design
- A strong portfolio featuring layout, typography, print design, and long-form publications
- Experience producing workbooks, journals, booklets, brochures, cards, or comparable publications
- A solid understanding of branding and visual consistency
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or comparable tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense
- Ability to work independently, follow brand guidelines, and contribute original ideas
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients
- Preferred: experience with print production and preparing print-ready artwork
- Preferred: experience developing branded products or educational or resource materials
- Preferred: experience working within established brand guidelines
- Preferred: strong editorial design and visual storytelling capabilities
