Part-time Clinical Research Coordinator supporting ICON plc’s global clinical research operations from sites in Poland. The role contributes to project planning, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Description

  • Support the development and delivery of project plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Help prepare project progress reports and related documentation
  • Strengthen collaboration and communication across functions by building effective working relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Experience in a comparable project support role or environment
  • Experience in oncology is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with effective teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency with software applications and tools used to support project delivery
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based
