Oracle Fusion PPM Architect - Remote Virginia

Design Oracle Fusion PPM solutions for CACI’s Marine Corps SaaS transformation, leading configuration, integrations, reporting, and project data conversion.

Description

  • Design Oracle Fusion PPM solutions across Project Costing, Project Management, and Project Resource Management
  • Develop work breakdown structures, task hierarchies, and budgeting and forecasting frameworks
  • Facilitate requirements sessions with USMC program managers and convert project execution needs into Fusion configurations
  • Design integrations connecting Project Financials with General Ledger, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement
  • Create OTBI and BI Publisher reports for project financial performance and burn-rate analysis
  • Direct the data conversion strategy for project information using FBDI and HDL
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to functional and technical project teams
  • Support SIT and UAT activities while resolving complex project configuration issues
  • Maintain documentation covering project architecture, data flows, and system design decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least seven years of Oracle Fusion PPM experience with demonstrated architect-level solution design
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Costing and Project Resource Management
  • Experience developing reports with OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Practical experience conducting data conversions with FBDI and HDL
  • Eligibility to pass a T3 background investigation
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred
  • Oracle Cloud PPM certification
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD program and project financial systems
  • PMP or Agile/SAFe certification is preferred
