Onsite Pricing Coordinator in Kent, Washington

Coordinate regional pricing, sales onboarding, reporting, customer programs, and system updates for Veritiv’s packaging solutions business. Help maintain accurate pricing and protect margins across sales and operations.

Description

  • Oversee onboarding for new Sales team members.
  • Support Sales Leadership with customer setup, invoice discrepancy resolution, meeting presentations, and correspondence.
  • Prepare sales performance and activity reports for Sales Leadership.
  • Coordinate communication between Sales and Sourcing, Operations, Inventory Management, and other departments.
  • Facilitate CDI and item setup for new, existing, and project-related business.
  • Manage Salesforce.com and eCommerce configurations, pricing changes, and contract and deviation renewals.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for customer programs and sales studies, including commissions, budgets, contests, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of specialized customer programs.
  • Partner with Category Management and the Veritiv Costing team to monitor vendor announcements and cost increases.
  • Communicate relevant market developments and announcements to Sales teams.
  • Price new and existing business to support pricing integrity and margin improvement.
  • Maintain price accuracy in Veritiv systems so customer purchase order prices align with system pricing without unnecessary overrides or delays.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of related professional experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, perform under pressure, and adjust to sudden workplace changes.
  • Capacity to work quickly while maintaining efficiency.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and diplomatic communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated commitment to friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
