Build scalable data pipelines and platforms for Booz Allen Hamilton’s client missions. Use Python, databases, and analytics technologies to organize complex data.

Description

  • Develop technology solutions and carry out data engineering work on mission-focused projects
  • Create and deploy pipelines and platforms to organize data from varied sources
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, developers, and data users in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Help assess, design, develop, and maintain scalable client platforms
  • Apply data to work spanning fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in data engineering, pipeline development, data science, data analytics, machine learning, or software engineering
  • Experience with source control and collaboration tools such as Git or Atlassian products
  • Experience writing software in languages such as Python
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL or GraphQL
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting on Linux or Windows
  • An active Secret clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
