.NET Analyst Programmer

Support Santé Québec’s youth-sector digital services by building and maintaining C#/.NET solutions. Contribute to agile project delivery and provide operational support to facilities.

Description

  • Analyze and develop enhancements for Santé Québec’s youth-sector digital solutions.
  • Contribute to technology upgrade and system redesign projects.
  • Support facilities that use the youth-sector digital solutions.
  • Take part in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field such as software engineering, or have equivalent relevant experience, certification, or a combination of qualifications.
  • Degrees earned outside Québec require a MIFI equivalency assessment.
  • Have strong knowledge of Santé Québec’s Projet Intégration Jeunesse (PIJ), including its technology environment, architecture, programming language and framework, database, and business logic.
  • Understand the business logic represented in the code and the PIJ database structure.
  • Know C# and .NET; the project uses .NET 10.
  • Be able to write optimized LINQ queries.
  • Know basic front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Be familiar with agile methods and practices.
  • Know SOLID principles and development practices such as Clean Code.
  • Have experience with Blazor WebAssembly.
  • Be proficient in spoken and written French.
  • Be legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada.
