AI Engineer, Microsoft Copilot and AI Agents

Help Arrow Electronics develop and integrate Microsoft AI agents, guiding partners and customers from proofs of concept to practical implementations. The role supports internal teams and customer engagements across North America.

Description

  • Support partners, internal teams, and North American customers in developing and integrating AI agents.
  • Build proofs of concept, demonstrations, and lightweight prototypes that showcase AI agent solutions.
  • Discuss customer and partner needs and shape suitable implementation approaches.
  • Advise on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI capabilities.
  • Help partners identify AI agent use cases and turn them into practical solutions with commercial relevance.
  • Work with sales, technical, and vendor teams on AI opportunities and customer engagements.
  • Share knowledge and best practices on emerging AI agent topics.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly in conversations with customers.
  • Keep current with Microsoft AI technologies, security considerations, and the wider AI agent landscape.

Requirements

  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft technologies; strong Microsoft expertise is preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer certification is strongly preferred.
  • Be willing and able to obtain the Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer certification.
  • Hold the required certifications: GH-300, AI-103, AB-100, DP-600, SC-300, and SC-401.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI agent technologies.
  • Bring some development skills, including the ability to build quick prototypes or use “vibe coding” approaches.
  • Understand AI agent development and integration.
  • Be able to discuss and shape AI agent solutions.
  • Be able to help partners and customers define practical AI agent implementation approaches.
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Communicate effectively and engage stakeholders well.
  • Engage confidently with internal teams, partners, and customers across countries and functions.
  • Additional Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Be able to travel to an Arrow office when requested by Arrow leadership.
  • Remote employees may be asked, at the Company’s sole discretion, to work from their closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes.
