Motion Designer, AI Video Creative — Remote Contract in Lithuania
Create AI-powered social videos, realistic characters, and motion visuals for Welltech’s global wellness apps. This remote contract role focuses on short-form content and organic marketing creative.
Description
- Create and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Produce social-first videos from initial concept through final delivery
- Transform existing footage and creative assets into polished video and static content
- Generate realistic AI people and characters for image and video projects
- Build AI-generated scenes, environments, visuals, and creative concepts
- Create static advertising assets for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, and other organic initiatives when needed
- Partner with social media specialists and designers to turn briefs and ideas into engaging visual content
Requirements
- Background in motion design, video editing, or a comparable creative position
- Solid knowledge of social media formats and short-form video content
- Practical experience using generative AI to create images and videos
- Experience producing realistic AI people and characters while preserving consistent appearances across image and video outputs
- Familiarity with Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield, or comparable AI platforms
- Strong command of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Careful attention to detail and visual finish
- Ability to move quickly, test ideas, iterate, and adjust to evolving creative tools and processes
- Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated people or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static advertising work
- Availability to work on a freelance basis
