Mid-to-Senior Remote Analytics Engineer at LangChain

Build LangChain’s dbt and BigQuery data foundation for self-service analytics, KPI reporting, and business intelligence. Use product, operational, customer, and revenue data to improve decision-making across the company.

Description

  • Create scalable dbt models and business context that support self-service analytics
  • Maintain and expand the core data stack, including Fivetran, dbt, BigQuery, and Hex
  • Integrate Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, Postgres, and other sources into the BigQuery warehouse
  • Develop dashboards that measure progress toward company goals and key performance indicators
  • Examine product usage and operational data to identify trends in customer health, adoption, and revenue
  • Build strong fluency in business metrics to support alignment and informed decisions
  • Help business teams investigate problems, identify opportunities, and use data to improve outcomes

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a comparable role
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Fivetran, Segment, or comparable tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate findings clearly
  • Curiosity paired with sound business judgment
  • Startup mindset and comfort working in fast-moving, loosely structured environments
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently without established processes or close oversight
