Create scalable dbt models and business context that support self-service analytics
Maintain and expand the core data stack, including Fivetran, dbt, BigQuery, and Hex
Integrate Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, Postgres, and other sources into the BigQuery warehouse
Develop dashboards that measure progress toward company goals and key performance indicators
Examine product usage and operational data to identify trends in customer health, adoption, and revenue
Build strong fluency in business metrics to support alignment and informed decisions
Help business teams investigate problems, identify opportunities, and use data to improve outcomes

आवश्यकताएँ

At least three years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a comparable role
Hands-on technical proficiency with BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Fivetran, Segment, or comparable tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to synthesize and communicate findings clearly
Curiosity paired with sound business judgment
Startup mindset and comfort working in fast-moving, loosely structured environments
Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently without established processes or close oversight
